Fitness tends to get over-complicated, but if you do some of the exercises listed above, you’ll notice overall changes to your appearance, mental health and energy levels. Make it challenging, make yourself sweat, have some fun, and burn some calories; of course, you may modify these and make them as challenging as you like - but something is better than nothing!!
